1. Agreement
By using this website or engaging AD IT SOFT TECH ("we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide AI, software, web, mobile, enterprise, branding, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of each engagement will be agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Payments
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in the engagement proposal. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur reasonable interest.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables produced for you transfers to you, except for our pre-existing tools, libraries, and third-party components, which remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed for your use.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
6. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement in the preceding three months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the proposal. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bihar, India.
